This session was dedicated to implementing cognitive behavioral strategies for improving sleep in children and adolescents. Participants were able to learn about current evidence-based treatment methods for sleep problems. Natalia Borovska presented a clinical case, illustrating how these approaches can be adapted and applied in practice.
