🔹 We successfully held a supervision meeting dedicated to supporting adolescents in the process of self-determination 🔹
In recent years, the issue of gender identity has become an important aspect of public discussions. Adolescence is a period of active self-discovery, which is often accompanied by doubts, anxieties and various challenges. For many adolescents, this can be a time of significant internal conflict.
How can we, professionals, help? How can we create a safe space for adolescents and support them in the important process of self-determination? How can we be useful to parents in this process?
